the location was perfect. it was convenient, especially with the expo center nearby. i could easily walk from connecting bridges. there was also a convenience store inside the hotel, i appreciated that.

my bathroom smelled like urine. i also noticed a lack of daily vacuuming. the room was warm initially and took a while to cool down. i was not happy with this

i booked a larger room and received the same size, but the view from the 25th floor was wonderful!!! the sunsets were especially amazing. the hotel has convenience stores, a spa, a public bath, and a swimming pool. an outlet is just steps away, and the airport shuttle stops right in front.

The buffet breakfast was not a good value. It cost $30 aud per person. the veggies were cold, and the scrambled eggs were very slimy. it was the worst buffet i have ever had in any hotel.

I appreciated the easy access from Narita Airport via the direct bus, simplifying my arrival. The hotel offers convenient access to the train line, awesome for easy travel into the city center. I found the proximity to local shopping and dining very convenient (it saved a lot of time).

The automated check-in process was a bit confusing and required staff assistance.

The room offered all essential amenities. There were two beds and ample space for luggage storage. I also appreciated the excellent view from my room. It enhanced my overall experience.
